Delete your CheckLah Driver account

This page applies to the CheckLah Driver Android app (package com.checklah.driver), operated by CheckLah. Deleting your account is free, and in the app it takes effect immediately.

In the app (fastest)#

  1. Open CheckLah Driver.
  2. Tap the Settings button at the bottom of the map.
  3. Go to Profile, then the App tab.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. There is no waiting period and no retention window.

What gets deleted#

  • Your account itself (email, name, sign-in identity).
  • Your driver profile (display name, receipt name, vehicle details).
  • Your app settings.
  • Your device push tokens.
  • The link to your Stripe account.
  • All your surge reports and votes.

Payments you have already processed live in your own Stripe account and are unaffected: that account is yours, and deleting CheckLah Driver data does not close it. See the privacy policy for details on what we store and why.

Without the app#

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from your account's registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We process these requests within 7 days and confirm by reply.
